Job Title Head Chef 4* Hotel Cork

We are recruiting experienced Head Chef for a busy 4* Hotel in Cork, ideal candidate will have 3-4 years Head Chef experience in a busy 4* property, you will be responsible for entire Kitchen and Culinary operations, developing food strategy and experience, developing and implementing exciting new menus, hands on supervision of production, service, Hygiene standards etc.

* Purchasing, ordering and storage of food
* Menu cycles, content, specials, seasonal, Food GP
* Recruitment, rostering, holiday planning, wage %
* Training, mentoring, succession planning, health and safety, HACCP implementation and compliance
* General operation of daily food operation, responsible for production and service periods, food standards,
* solving problems as they occur and achieving a high rate of guest satisfaction and repeat diners.
