Job Title Reception/Administrative Coordinator - W

Our client, a Waterford based healthcare services company currently have an opportunity for a Reception/Administrative Co-ordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a reception/administrative role.

The Role

  • Meeting and greeting clients/customers
  • Dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone
  • Scheduling and organising meetings and appointments
  • Updating social media platforms
  • Managing and updating the company website
  • Dealing with IT issues such as networking, servers and systems
  • Adhoc administrative duties as they arise

The Person

  • Relevant third level qualification desirable i.e. Digital Marketing, IT, Business
  • Previous experience working in a reception/admin role
  • Marketing skills and a knowledge of all social media platforms
  • Experience using WordPress a distinct advantage
  • Strong IT skills – previous experience in dealing with server issues and systems
  • Strong interpersonal and organisation skills
